Stash transfer mishandling

I did a stash tfsa transfer on the 23rd November and instead of transferring to the correct provider which was easy equities they transferred to Allan Gray whom I don t have any policy/account with, whom was not in any of the forms sent or mentioned anywhere. I sent an email to tell them the transfer letter they sent is incorrect and I got a call on the 5th of December to say they acknowledge their mistake and funds will be transferred to easy equities in 24hrs. till today this has not been done and all my emails are being ignored. Even the caller could not explain why this mistake was made. It’s almost been a month now. All my emails are being ignored, I wrote a complaint with liberty, also ignored. When I sent the complaint on stash they **** and say the funds have been transferred to EE but could not send the transfer certificate. I am truly disappointed with liberty as I held you guys to high regard. I have tried everything to get this resolved I don’t know what else to do. I will now try ombudsman maybe they will help me get this resolved.
