Stash staff damage Liberty brand

This review relates to Stash. After sending four emails, I have yet to receive a single response. I simply needed to check my total contributions for the tax year before topping up my tax-free investment to avoid exceeding the annual limit. Unfortunately, Stash provided no assistance whatsoever and the end of February deadline was missed.

Given this poor service, I am now looking to move my funds to a more reliable institution—one that can handle basic client inquiries. Stash now charges a fee for every contribution to their tax-free investment product, yet this is the level of service they believe is acceptable. No thanks, I will move my funds and be done with this amateur run operation.
