STASH refund

I received a call from Liberty last year Aug/Sep 2023 informing of money I had in an old RA account which was paid up. It was less than R15k and could be paid into my STASH account. Months and months go by of me sending all the relevant documents and no action. Eventually lots of phone calls and emails, all my docs were accepted and I received confirmation of payment last week and to date more than 48 hours later I still don’t see the payment into the STASH account provided by them. I am so tired and frustrated at Liberty life’s delay and broken promises.
