Stash proof of payment

I urgently need assistance regarding my STASH refunds.

I have been trying to obtain proof of payment for the refunds processed to my TymeBank account, but I have not received any response from STASH/Liberty.

TymeBank has now frozen my account due to the refunds received, and they require documentation/proof of payment from STASH confirming the source and details of these transactions.

This is becoming extremely urgent as I need the requested documentation to resolve the issue with my bank.
