Stash Liberty cashed out delay

I cashed out my investment on the 16 December 2025. The amount reflected in my banking App but it was uncleared. I could not have access to it. Now it does not even appear on my bank statement as a credited amount. I even send Stash Liberty my bank statement. I still have not heard anything from them.
