Stash issue not solved and still not response.

My problem with Stash is still not solved. Although they called me to give me feedback on the matter and stated that they have sorted the matterwith FNB, when I called my private banker, they couldn'tlocate the amount that the Stash team spoke off. So, Nothing is solved as yet. Again I emailed them and as expected no one responds.
