Stash is the worst. Stay away.

I tried to cash out my money beginning of January. I got an email that they received a card decline from my bank. I changed my card and waited. 2 weeks went by. On the 25th of January I got an email that I should send them my bank statement and they will do a manual transfer. Since then I have not heard anything. I have sent 5 emails to followup but no one responds. I have been ignored since.. Today is the 22nd of February, almost a month later and still nothing. I want my money. The service from Stash is appalling. There is no number to even reach them on.
