Stash is not what they say it is

I had requested a cash out and they sent a text that thy cannot process it as the bank card used has an error and I should upload a new one, I tried uploading a new one and it gave me the same error yet I used the same details of the cash that was stashing out money

I have made several enquiries and provided them with my account details but they still doesn’t provide any assistance
