Stash doesn’t want to give me access to my account and now I want my money it’s been 8 weeks now

It’s 8 weeks full now and they haven’t helped me at all and the only thing I want now is to withdraw my money because now this looks like a **** that I would never recommend to anyone that I have to fight for my money. This is frustrating me everyday. Stash by liberty has mistreated me, I have been asking for a minor thing just to have full access to my account. I was told I must increase my online scan card by 10 while it was R20 000 it didn’t make sense but I did that but still it’s not working. I just want my money now and leave them alone they have failed me dismally, if by any chance I can get hold of the director.
