Stash does not cash out.

I requested a cash out on the 2nd of May and up to now I have not received my money,They came back saying the card loaded cant be used for cash out but its the same card I'm using for stash.I have sent emails everyday on this and no response yet.There is no number to call only emails which are not rep****.
