Stash cash out delays

Help and support is not helpful or supportive. I cashed out some savings on the 21st December. Today, 30th December the money is not in my account.

The WhatsApp help times out while I'm waiting for an agent to be assigned to me.

The don't respond to in app queries or their *** email address.

Very frustrating and pity because it's a helpful app.

Someone please let me know where my money is and when I will get it.
