Stash cash out

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with your service. I made a cashout of R600 on the 27th of October, and to this day—over 7 days later—I still have not received my money.

This delay is completely unacceptable. Every other time, I receive my funds within 1–2 days, but now I have been kept waiting with no explanation and no update. I urgently need this money to pay my bills, and your failure to process it is causing me serious inconvenience.
