Stash cash out

On the 17th of November process cash out payment of R1700 from my Stash account.On Thursday the 20th l've received sms from them saying the received card rejection i must update my card details of which I did and also called them and on Friday one their assistant called me and said payment has been pay out on that day but till today haven't received my money and when I checked the balance on my stash account and the transaction the money did go out on my that account but not paid to me.
