Stash by Liberty

I have been using the Stash by Liberty app. Which has all been fine, until 23 November when my credit account linked to my stash app, was debited with the same amount of R127.87 four times. This is an amount of R511.48 which was debited from credit card but never credited to my stash account nor credited back to my credit card.

I have enquired for feedback but 6 days later I am being ignored with no answers, explanation and feedback as to when this will be resolved!

Pathetic really
