Stash by Liberty

I urgently needed money this week so I made I request to cash out on Sunday, obviously stash was supposed to send the instruction to my bank on Monday but they didn't. I receive a notification only today. 5 days later that the instruction has only been sent to my bank today so this means I'm going to wait more than 7 days for my money to reflect since it takes 7 working days to get the money??? I am so disappointed and you can't get through to any of them when you call.
