Stash App - No cash out!

I have been struggling for three months to cash out the kids portion on the stash app. Initially the app wouldn't allow me to upload the required bank details. I then sent it through and still hasn't been done. The service consultant are non existent. Nobody replies on WhatsApp or email. Can't get my money out. Do not use Stash.
