Stangen (Standard General) Liberty Life - Poor assistance to Pensioner Clients

Mother had a policy with Stangen (Standard General), now operating as Liberty Life, policy number: ***9, initiated on 05 May 1992. The broker was Willbee brokers. Liberty life has not assisted my Mother when following up about her policy. This is very worrying and not fair to pensioner clients!!
