someone open policies on my behalf without my knowledge (****)

Being ****med by liberty Hello peter i was ****med by liberty since September. They have been deducting money from my pay slip. Someone within the company open an account on my behalf without my knowledge using my particulars and my ex husbands particulars. The person open a life cover for R400,000 and s funeral cover for R70, 000 snd they made my ex husband a beneficiary. They are still investigating the case . Up to so far i did not get a respond. They are still deducting my money yet they said they have counsel it. I need help.
