Absolutely shocking customer service! In trying to get a tax directive issue resolved I have literally sent the same email 7 times and received a reply from a different person each time asking to send through the required documents - on sending the documents I get referred to another person asking for the documents!...on the same ****** email!...now they have simply stop replying! Is amnesia rife at liberty??
