Since my father's passing one year ago, Liberty has not made any payments.

In April of last year, my father passed away. We haven't received a single cent from his claim, and the broker and the business itself haven't responded at all. When we last questioned them about the delay, they repeated their request for the same documents, but we haven't heard anything since.
