SIMPLE REQUEST - OPENING DOCUMENTATION, NOT UNDERSTOOD OR PROVIDED IN FOUR WEEKS
OPENING DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED FROM 1 NOVEMBER, TWO SETS OF INCORRECT DOCUMENTATION BEING PROVIDED 4 WEEKS LATER.
FIRST PROVIDED WITH A CURRENT WITHDRAWAL VALUE THEN PROVIDED WITH A WITHDRAWAL FORM- I ASKED FOR THE OPENING DOCUMENTATION FROM 2008!!!!!
