Shocking Service - Liberty Life

I have had various policies with Liberty Life for over 25 years now. One of the policies "The Exact Income Fund" should now start paying out a small pension. I app**** in January and also bought a retirement plan from Stanlib. I have had nothing but problems ever since. When I enquired after THREE MONTHS why I am not recieving a monthly draw from the Exact Income Fund I got a lot of excuses and changes where made, money was transferred to the wrong account. FINALLY after a lot of emails and phone calls and out of frustration and dissatisfaction I requested Liberty Life pay me out the full amount so I can invest the money elsewhere. This was THREE WEEKS AGO. When I contact the relevant people I get told the payment has been processed. There is no tax directive needed. In the meantime I am losing interest on this money. I'm TOTALLY DISGUSTED with the way this whole thing has turned out. I'm a pensioner and need every cent possible. I PAY A YEARLY FEE to Liberty Life, they are NOT doing this for FREE. I'm on the verge of withdrawing and moving the rest of my policies elsewhere
