Shocking Service from Liberty Life!!

My late father, who had a policy with Liberty Life, passed away in July 2014 and to this day my mother has not received funds from this policy. Please note that it is now July of 2015. Despite countless emails and telephone calls to Liberty there is still no resolution. This whole experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and I would advise all Liberty Life policy holders to think twice before taking life policies with this company as the last thing you want when you pass away is for your loved ones to go through what we've had to endure with Liberty. A whole entire year later, all we're being told by their call centre agents is that someone will contact us. My dad's entire estate has almost been finalized by now but there's still nothing from Liberty. This is beyond ridiculous and I will personally never in my life entertain any of their sales people selling useless, worthless products to me!
