Shocking Service!!!

I receive my policy anniversary letter on 02/07/2020. Contact Liberty to remove some benefits and only leave income protection. Numerous phone calls and emails to say that the updates are with underwriting as I requested increase in cover. Listen to your calls I never requested an increase in cover, you defaulted to these values on the anniversary letter. I just want the benefit to stay the same and remove the other benefits per my request. You guys have been around for 100 years and can't even get basic policy maintenance right. Heaven knows what process I will have to go through when I really need you guys. In all honesty I should probably take out Life cover as dealing with your incompetence will most likely **** me!
