Shocking lack of service from Liberty.

Do not get any respond on emails to info@liberty. or phoning their customer care line or request call back. Halfway into the sixth month of my complaint with no results! I am shocked and disappointed. For such a "big" company they show a surprising lack of interest in resolving something so small and a tax directive. Shame on you Liberty.
