Shocking

So about a year ago I started looking around for life insurance as well as dress desease, income protector and disability cover. A gent by the name of Roche Clark came to see me and got the paper work started. Ive been paying almost a year when a lovely lady from momentum visited me and told me she will have a look at my policies. Needless to say I was not covered for dredd, disability or income protector. I have now moved my policies to Momentum. This morning Roche Clark phoned me to ask why, after explaining this he said he wants to pull my files and I said actually its fine Im not interested. He said well thank you **** Off then BEFORE HANING UP THE PHONE WHAT ACTUALLY WHAT!!!!!!!! How terrible cannot believe this from a company as big as Liberty shocking. If you did your work why am I moving my policies??? Liberty what type of people do you have representing you!
