What a shame and embarrassing institution. When one joins such a reputable company for a funeral plan, it's with a hope that when your loved ones pass away, the payout is with 48 with valid documents. I lost my only brother and upon sending all documents for a claim to bury my brother. I get a message my claim will be paid in 10 days. Having to move the burial to a later date due to funds. After 10 days NO Money. After calling to enquire about the payout I'm told in 17 working days money will be paid. I had to go apply for loans in order to bury my brother. What is the point of having a funeral plan if they cannot assist you in times of need. SO DISSAPPOINTED
