Shame on Customer service

Not even sure that I should give them a 1 star for poor service.I have been asking numerous times about a pension fund of mine that was supposed to pay out and no one can answer me.Yet again sent emails to head office regarding this matter and to no surpise at all.....no response.Paperwork was all in order and sent through and I am still waiting.Going towards month 3 now.
