Severe Lack of Progress and Communication - Warning: Avoid Investing with Liberty

In June, I filed a claim, but since then, there has been absolutely no progress. The agents seem unable to reach anyone associated with the claim; it's as if they've vanished. I'm running out of ideas on how to proceed. I strongly advise against investing with Liberty, as I have never encountered such incompetence before.
