Services not rendered to satisfactory by the service provider feels like a ****. I submitted claims and struggle when it's time for payout. Missing info takes 72 hours to be scanned into the system then the turnaround time reroute starts from scratch before payout. You submit a complaint that will take 3 days to be assessed then 5 working days for response which I feel these delay tactics.
