Service?? What Service?? What a Joke!

To whom it may concern,

I am actually dissapointed in the service I received from your company regarding a few inquiries I had.

Last week(6 days) I received a call from one of your call centre agents regarding a unclaimed provident fund I had through your company.

The person sounded quiet nervous and unsure of himself and I politely said I have no recollection of having a provident fearing I been ****med to get my details.

I called back and was kept on the line for a good few minutes and left a message on your automated system...sent a email aswell...yet no response!

Quick question...What type of "Mickey Mouse" company are you people running there??...As far as I know turn around time 24 to 48 hours..

Pathetic!

If I have any provident fund by your company...best thing is to withdraw the funds ASAP because I don't want a company like yours investing my money that can't even return a phone call!

Please advise could you assist me or should I email David Munro..or maybe go lay a complaint at the FSCA?
