Service received.. Not at a level one should expect

Good day all readers,

This review on your platform is due now. It's writen in regard to my Mother In-law's and my recent experience and interaction via email cummunication with Liberty Life's Cash Back Bonusess, that they actually contacted her with.

The communication started last year July 2022 and October 2022, when Mrs. E.S.Nieuwoudt received letters from Liberty Life, that she is due for Cash Back Bonusseson her Policies she has with Libert Life. She completed relevant forms for allowing pay out claims, and forwarded these on by asking Son In-law to email correspondence to Liberty Live on her behalf.

In January 2023 we forwarded 4 Emails. Received no follow up communication or any pay outs till to date being 22 Mar 2023. In the interim we made contact and follow up email communication with Libert Life's Relations office. After 3 follow up emails we are still waiting for communication or actual Cash Out Bonusess due from Liberty Life to Policy holder Mrs. E.S. Nieuwoudt.
