service given by Liberty

Liberty is the worst place to worke with.they do not communicate with the clien of what they are doing with the clients investments.and send you from one person to the next, not one of them can give you ansewrs all they can do well is pass the buck,nobody will take responsability.They will not even phone you back as they are to scared to talke to you direct.I will advice anyone thinking of using them to thinK again.They even pass the buck as far as SARS. They tell the client to call SARS this i see as been there work.on me contacting SARS i was told directly they only get involved with things from financial places at the end of tax year.They are now even sending the client as far as SARS just to get the problem out and away from them.
