Service complaint.

Shocking service. App**** 20 calender days ago (22\11\22) to release portion of my investment funds which they only acknowledged on 7\12\22 and have still not paid out to me. Was told at time of investing that any request for release of funds would be within 24 hours! Initial excuse was they tried to contact me to ensure its not a ********** request - no record of them having phoned or emailed me and why could they not compare all my existing details with that provided with my request - nothing has changed. Will definitely find alternative investment options when this investment matures.
