SERIOUSLY WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst service ever received from any company.this is so unacceptable!! I have phoned emailed in the last 2months.you are either not responded too,or the phone lines keep cutting you off. I have been struggling to get dt order bank CHANGED.I SENT REQUEST BACK RECEIVED FROM LIBERTY LIFE 6 APRIL NOT to up our installment as we cannot afford it now my husband salary cut by 60%.my business is CLOSED FROM 25MARCH.im not allowed to trade. THEY JUST IGNORED ME AND DEDUCTED THE NEW INSTALLMENTS OF R809 FROM my bank account today.... But on 6 April is said NO.. WE FILLED IN A LETTER REQUESTED BY LIBERTY LIFE AND WE SENT UT BACK IMMEDIATELY!! they just TOOK THE INSTALLMENTS TODAY FOR R809 instead of R689 as requested by me. This is so sick and unreasonable from you as a company. We are just getting ignored and you just deduct what you feel like. God forbit the day I have to put a claim in by This company.!!!!!!!!
