Very disappointed on how this company is handling my Complaint, they claim that I took out a policy with them policy no *** amounting to R447.77 from July 2021 making it a stop order on my payslip when I called them to complain about this issue they sent me a refund form and asked me to attach some documents that they will need to do the refund, I sent the documents on the 19th of November on this email *** they haven't rep**** to me even today, what I need from them is the Brokers name that opened this policy they must sent me the documents that they claim I signed to see who signed for this policy and give me my money back
