Good evening there I hope everything is well.Ok,on March this year I started saving some money with Liberty.I had 3 policies with them because they could'nt debit more than R500 on one policy,so they split my savings into 3 policies of R500 each.They debited for two policies on March which was R1000 and then R1500 on April and May and they did'nt debit in June.That means I had R4000 with them.But then I had to go claim and cancel the savings as I just wanted to save enough to pay off my NSFAS debt,I went there Monday 16/07/18 and they told me that i can only get the money in 5-7 working days even though their advicers told me about a 24hour waiting period when i started my savings.That was not the problem for me,i waited till today the 20th when they put R629,26 into my account!! I dont understand I understand that I had to be penalised but with so much money? The same thing happened to a friend of mine 2weeks back and they have been giving her the run around since,they are probably gonna do the same with me.Unfortunately I only have one policy number with me ********** 540.Please help me find out what happened with my money.Thank you.
