Once again Liberty has proven their service is just lacking, submitted a payment request for a client 30/09/2022, then submitted the outstanding requirements on the 11/10/2022, up to today they have not even app**** for tax, when you call, they say they will escalate, hate having to deal with Liberty

18 Oct 2022, 13:00Once again, another query I am not getting answers on Policy *** they keep saying SARS declined Tax Directive cessation of residence is not attached, all requirements was submitted to Liberty in July already, Declaration Cease to be a resident sent to Liberty 21/07/2022. RAV01 form submitted to Liberty in July. The call centre is just not interested in helping,
