my husband was working at Namaqua engineering, this years in end of Jan he resigned, he ask a statement of provident from liberty,they told him that he has R 10k savings, 8k vested, & 44k retirement.

He ask them to payout savings and vested then transfer retirement to Sanlam. Today he only receive 6k we don't know whether is vested only or savings because there was no communication. No statements nothing.

Then when he checked on Sanlam there's nothing also. Please explain liberty.
