Rules Obstructing Pay Outs

I have been trying to get my policy pay out for almost 24 months. Liberty Life will only pay out into a South African bank account in my name.

I left SA in 1998 and closed my bank accounts before leaving. Because I did not formally emigrate banks now require me to come into a branch to open an account.

So this leaves me with a situation that Liberty Life has my money and is refusing to pay it out into my foreign bank account. I am unable to open a South African bank account because I have no intention of returning to South Africa.

Feels like a street corner hustle.
