Rude Reception

Hi I stay about 35km from my nearest Liberty life office.As<br> <br> I don't want to go to your office anymore because Mrs N Daniels is rude and don't care for other peopl today was my day I conduct my business in town.I took the opportunity to take care of some outstanding stuff.Going to pick up a cancellation letter from your offices was one of them.I reached kby office at flaxly house at about 11:55am where I was met with a closed door and a papper with the message \very important lunch break\".I then realized I must be late, but since I only need to pick up a letter surly it may only take the 5minutes I got.So I waved politely and smiled.She looks up and Gave me a look only a teacher can give a hard learning student.Pointing at the note on the door.Again I think maby if I just can get her looking at me I can show her that I won't be long.no claim.she just ignor me busy helping a customer.Then a lady comes to the door ask me what I want, I tel her my story she responds ,ok I'll ask her.I saw how she shakes her head in a arogant and rude manner.I then rang the bell and she shouts What do you want? loud yelling at me from behind the class door infront of other customers.felt humiliated"
