ROBBING OLD FOLKS!!!!

My parents took a life policy with one of your Face to face agents & has been making payment of R700 to him since Last year 2018!!! They went in to have them transact the money directly from my dads account only to be be told THEY DONT HAVE A POLICY!!!! & everytime we call this agent of yours he keeps asking for they Id numbers AND full names and says he'll get back to them and NEVER DOES . HE is also very rude & used vulgur languages after they him that they had went in and found out they DONT HAVE A POLICY!!!!! IS THIS WHAT YOUR FIELD AGENTS DO TO PEOPLE???? ROBB THEM......SO WHAT WAS ALL THE PAPER WORK FOR? WHY DID HE SAID THE LADY TO TAKE BLOODS....FOR WHAT????? i willl take this further , everytime we call him he ignores our calls! and he does take it Can i have your name & id number??? *** .I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER !!!!! #BlackFriday
