Road Block after road block when you need your hard earned money

I had the worst experience ever in liberty agency branch in Rustenburg. Felt humiliation and horror. Went there to ask for assistance in emailing my documents to head office. 1st the guys who was supposed to assist me came like after 15 minutes I was sitting there and he greated me when I answered him he mimic my voice and made a funny remark. Then my papers he looked at them and told me were not OK. He said my driver s liesence is wrong and I don't even have a back statement. Head office. Won't pay even when I ask him what if I email my statement he said his Gmail is not working. Road block after road block that's how this company is. Can't wait to close this investment and find we're I am appreciated.
