Ridiculously poor service

I logged on to complain about Liberty and see that sadly I am not the only one with a problem. I'm supposing this is a waste of time but if only to warn other people about Liberty, here goes My brother passed away in 2019. Liberty contacted my mom and I to tell us that we are beneficiaries on his RA. We were requested to submit numerous documents which we did. Since then we have been contacted every few months with 'new' documentation that is 'needed'. This is getting beyond ridiculous. Nobody seems to be able to give us any clear answers. The service from Liberty is so poor.
