Rewards Cancellation - Really?

It's bad enough that Liberty has been changing their rules & regulations pertaining to their Gym membership over the past 3 years - now they cancel the programme in it's entirety! My husband and I see this as a blessing in disguise. We were moved (not by personal choice) from Discovery to Liberty by our broker 4 years ago and it's been an up-hill battle ever since. Really Liberty? You just can't seem to get it right. May I suggest a crash course at Discovery Vitality or E-Bucks as a start and maybe just maybe in a couple of decades, you may be able to compete with the big fish instead of using a \saturated rewards market\" as an excuse in your letters to your members. <br> Wake up you fools - everybody offers discounts on products and services in a tough competitive economy - they just package their product offering under the title \"REWARDS\" .
