Hello peter we try noy to understand that my alte father had a life annuity with liberty and now can't get anthing from the policy expect my mom who will be getting only 50% of the earning of 6,850 that my father was getting if she dies the money will forfiet as us kids we will be not anything

09 Jan 2020, 20:29They called my mother today the liberty advisor and they told my mother the is nothing that they can do because the contract its in black and White the sad part is the broker even forge my mother's signature and it got to our attention that it was not my mother's signature and it was signed at Johannesburg which clearly shows the broker did everything with my dad because my dad was working that side the contract was never brought home..this broker and the company have to account because this broker was only looking out for the commission..only and to seal the deal with one parner..how is that possible
