Retirement Funds with Liberty

Am writing on behalf of my mother in law Lizzie Khumalo, she was working as a domestic worker and she only retired in May so she has investment for pension funds with Liberty Policy No ***. The problem started when she was suppose to get her money, the financial advisor used they terms that she did not understand as she do not know English so she signed for something she did not understand, so she was surprised when she received R1300 and not the R150 000 that she was supposed to get, when she asked they said she signed monthly pay out of R1300 and why did she sign for something she didn't understand, she told them that she's not good in English and she can't live or survive with R1300 is so little it doesn't even cover The monthly grocery. So they said she should send a letter confirming that she want the rest of the money, she did write a letter explaining that she didn't understand and she also want to renovate her house as the roof is leaking and she want to fix her bathroom and she's using the outside bathroom, she has plans with her money, she worked hard for it so she should enjoy it while she still alive, shes always crying due to this, is very bad. They keep on rejecting the request, we do not know what step to follow now. Please help where you can.
