Retirement fund:Membership number:M988995A

Since last year I had claimed a retirement fund of my late father Jan Jacob Phungwayo ID number:*** who also passed on last year.I was advised by the deceased employer to contact liberty concerning the said fund because they (Liberty)are the fund's administrators,I did as told and was required to furnish them with some information needed before the funds are realesed,these as a was of verifying whether I am really related to the deceased.I had to fill in forms which asked if I needed a financial advisor or not,I stated negative and it went on saying one will be provided if there's a need as a result I was given one.The broker I have does not help me with anything infact it seems to be in the dark as I am concerning why the funds or this issue is still dragging on.I submitted whatever I was asked to provide yet to no avail,the only thing happening is being asked to make sworn statements one after another.Recently I was informed that everything seems to have passed through verification without any suspicions but I will need to call them after every two weeks,I don't get this ever since the pursuit of this case it has been my responsibility to be updated about the progress of this case,I don't understand why this should be so difficult to finalise while I have a broker and yet I don't get how is this broker helping.This case includes me and my four siblings who are just as now frustrated as I am.We are always told after month so and so the funds will be realesed since last year up to this far.I am confused,I might not know how other things work but this leaves much to be desired.I am so confused.
