Retirement Fund Pay Out - Emigration

I am disgusted by this service, I have been waiting for over 3 years for my retirement fund to be paid out as I have emigrated and I do not have my money to this day. They have lost all of my documents twice, I had to fly down to SA especially to give them in again and they lost them AGAIN! I am sick and tired of liberty acting quick to get you as a customer but then do not respond to you at all and do not pay out. They are the most useless Life Insurance, and I would never recommend them. I am still waiting on my money and no one has followed up with me yet...I follow up but no one even replies!
