Retirement annuity
I have been calling regarding My late father's policy. I have been taken from pillar to post Liberty is taking for ever to resolve and no one is giving me feedback with the out come. Everyday it's a different story they always saying they waiting for the trustees to make a decision and the time frame that there gave us has past with weeks.And there always say their have sent an escalation to the manager to call or send me an email regarding the feedback,and nothing till this day.

24 Aug 2022, 15:48We've sent everything you'll ask for but still liberty hasn't paid us are even tell us when to expect payment and mind you this policy has been sitting with you'll since my father passed away in 2008,my mother is unemployed and my brothers as well.
The family is counting on this money since our mother isn't well,she need medical care,but it seems like liberty doesn't care.
